  1. (1). Open to individuals of Malawi origin living in Germany and legal entities.
  2. (2). Benefits include access to events, networking opportunities, and a chance to contribute to impactful projects.
  3. (3). Members have equal voting rights and contribute via annual fees.
  4. (4). Membership fees vary based on categories and are payable annually with special provisions for families, students, and honorary members.

The association operates through two main organs:

1. The Executive Board of Directors includes:

  • Chairperson: Mr. Allex Semba
  • Vice Chairperson: Mr. Manasseh Chisiza
  • Secretary General: Ms. Grenna Kaiya
  • Treasurer: Ms. Rachael Gausi Hoepfner
  • Elected Members: Ms. Beatrice Nakanga and Mr. Mada Daniel Nkhoma.

Responsibilities include association administration, financial management, and executing decisions. The leadership is committed to transparency and adherence to our constitution.


2.General Assembly: Responsible for key decisions, such as electing board members, approving financials, and amending statutes. Key documents, including annual reports and meeting minutes, are available for members.

The association emphasizes transparency, selflessness, and adherence to its charter. Resources are allocated exclusively for statutory purposes, with strict regulations against conflicts of interest or misuse..
